Who I Help?
You're successful by most measures, but something still doesn't feel right. Perhaps you're exhausted in a way that rest doesn't seem to fix, finding it harder to switch off, or noticing that the confidence you used to have at work has quietly slipped away. You may not be in crisis, but you know something needs to change.
The People I Work With
I work with professionals who are navigating the pressures that come with demanding careers, high expectations, and the kind of responsibility that doesn't easily switch off. Many of the people I see are:
Experiencing burnout: running on empty despite outward success.
Managing chronic workplace stress or an unsustainable pace.
Struggling with imposter syndrome, despite clear evidence of their ability.
Living with anxiety or low mood that's affected how they function day to day.
Noticing relational patterns, at work or at home, that keep repeating, without quite understanding why.
You might be a founder, a senior leader, or simply someone working hard to hold everything together. The common thread isn't a job title, but a sense of being stretched beyond what feels sustainable.
You Don't Need to Be in Crisis to Reach Out
Therapy isn't only for when things fall apart. Many of my clients are managing perfectly well on the surface, and come to me precisely because they want to understand themselves better, get ahead of a pattern before it becomes entrenched, or simply have a space that's entirely their own.
Whatever has brought you here, there's no issue too small, and no need to have it all figured out before you get in touch.
Every Individual Is Different
However similar these experiences might sound from the outside, I know that what's happening for you is entirely your own.
That's why I take the time to properly understand your individual needs before shaping any plan. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all.
